Using bm25 in search to measure confidence in results

mhofford
Is there a way to implement bm25 or other algorithm to quantify confidence in search results when searching an ontology.

for example:

SNOWMEDCT_US.search('mitral valve replacement'0

Thanks,
Mac

Hi,

I've just added bm25 support in the development version of Owlready on Bitbucket!

You can now do:

SNOMEDCT_US.search('mitral valve replacement', _bm25 = True)
