Similarity measure ontologies

is there the option in owlready2 to measure the similarity between ontologies using
a similarity measure as a metric?

For instance, like within this paper

There is no such measure implemented currently in Owlready (but owlready could be used to implement similarity measure).

for now, that would lead to far for me, but I found an option on Protégé to analyze my ontologies created using owlready2.
