I would like to ask if there is a procedure to add a reasoner or if there are packages to implement another reasoners besides hermit and pellet.

Currently, only HermiT and Pellet are supported. Both reasoners are implemented in reasoning.py; additional reasoners could be added in this file, probably following a similar process.
I have plans for a Python reasoner, but I still need more time for that.
