Adding new entity to t-box of ontology (f.i. adding a property) and using addition right away

Jos Lehmann 2
Hi there,

is it possible to modify the t-box of an ontology, f.i. to add/create a brand new object- or dataproperty in the middle of a loop itertion, and assert the property of an individual right away, i.e. without having first save and reopen the ontology, therefore having to start a new loop from zero?

Hi,

Of course, you can create a property and then use it directly (no need to save or reload the ontology).
